Information for the media

We inform you that based on:

  • article 15 (2), Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 April 2014 on occurrence reporting, analysis and follow-up in civil aviation, amending the Regulation of the European Parliament and
  • article 14, Regulation (EU) No 996/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 October 2010 on the investigation and prevention of accidents and incidents in civil aviation.

PKBWL does not provide information on reported aviation occurrences. Information on opened and closed investigations is published on our website (https://pkbwl.gov.pl) and on twitter (https://twitter.com/PKBWL).

The PKBWL members and other persons involved in the investigation of an occurrence are bound by professional secrecy, including with regard to the anonymity of persons involved in the accident or incident.
